Instructions
Remove the block of silken tofu (1 block) and place on a plate.
Preferably a plate with ridges on the side to prevent sauce from leaking.
Add light soy sauce (1 Tbsp) and soy sauce paste (1 Tbsp). Spread on top evenly.
Garnish with crispy vegetable floss (2 Tbsp) and scallions (1).
